About Us

Andrew F. Kim and Rebecca J. Riley are trial lawyers and civil litigators whose practices focus on general business and commercial disputes and criminal defense. On the civil side, they counsel clients in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation matters with particular experience in large, complex business disputes.

Kim and Riley regularly handle matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, business torts, extortion, “revenge porn,” copyright and trademark infringement, federal and state unfair competition, idea submission, and misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as actions pertaining to alleged governmental abuse of power.
